During the afternoon, experts on evangelism will assist the conference in developing the elements of a congregational outreach plan through a live panel discussion. These elements are plowing, planting, cultivating, and harvesting. Thoughts on evaluating the outreach plan will also be included. |

She holds a Master of Arts in Christian Outreach degree from the Oswald Hoffmann School of Christian Outreach, Concordia University, St. Paul, MN. Demonstrating a heart for brining all into the family of Christ, Susan’s role as a DCO is to be an advocate for the non-Christian and unchurched through assessing outreach opportunities and equipping, educating, mobilizing, and supporting congregation members in witnessing, evangelism, missions, and the assimilation of new church members
